3/25/07: Hi everyone! Boy, has this been a tough couple of days. I’m still feeling a little overwhelmed! Me and all my brothers and sisters ended up on a slow truck from North Dakota to Animal Ark in Hastings, MN where there were lots and lots of people! I haven’t ever seen that many people! I was pretty nervous. I’m the kind of girl who  prefers to hang back and see how things work. Once I see how things work, I run my game! Wow! We saw some nice puppy doctors. Me and my foster sister were shuffled off to another, clean kennel where we waited for our foster moms. My foster sister is Moxie 07-159. When we got home I was so tired, all I wanted to do was sleep, until they cracked open the food. I could get up for that. This morning, we had more food! It was great! But then, they put us in the tub and made us take a bath. I didn’t like it so much, but my foster mom says I smell MUCH better! So far I have gotten to eat, sleep and play outside. My resident sibling dogs look a little confused. Boy, they don’t know confusion! Anyway, they’re pretty nice. Well, time to go outside for awhile and sleep some more!

Hi, it's me Gypsy!  I just want to thank my foster family and sponsors because you were such an important part of helping me find my forever home. I really love it here and my forever family says that I fit right in and they can't remember life without me!  As you can see from the picture, I have a new sister Molly who I really like to hang out with.  And my forever family has these two little people who chase me around the yard and house. I haven't figured out if I tire them out or they tire me out.  I also have become pals with the one-year-old Golden who lives next door.  I hear there are two more Goldens on my block but I have not met them yet.  Did I mention how great it is to take walks in the neighborhood and ride in the car?  I meet all kinds of nice people who tell me how cute and well-behaved I am. I love all the action, but I think the part I like best is when I
get to curl up and take a nap with Molly, Mom, and Dad after the two little people go to bed at night.  I must say I am enjoying hearing all of their bedtime stories - I am learning a lot!  Well that's about all for now. I have to go out and soak up some more sun rays!

Moxie, I told you that I would get a sponsor! Thank you Missy and Mark MacDonald - I knew someone would want to sponsor me too :) I wasn’t feeling too well this week so I went back and saw the nice doctor. I guess I shouldn’t have been eating the dirt, grass, sticks, bark....well, you get the idea. I just was checking out all the new things... Whoops... My foster brother Wyatt has decided I am okay and has been playing with me. He lets me crawl all over him and pull on his tail and ears. When I get too rowdy he tells me to cool it. He even lets me curl up with him and take a nap. I am still working on the housebreaking thing, but I've had a couple of accidents. I am also kinda getting used to the kennel. It’s like MY space, so when I get really tired I can go in and fall asleep. Also, I saw the resident cat, Fatboy. I don’t know what to think about him as he is larger than me and very noisy. I also got to go and visit some people who helped me at Animal Ark. I am getting pretty good at riding in the car, as long as I don’t have to ride in a cat kennel! I have to get ready for bed, I will send more later!

Hi all. Moxie teases me because I don’t have a sponsor yet. I told her I am a fine girl with or without one, and with all the wonderful people wanting to sponsor us ND kids, I bet I'll have one before the weekend is over, so there Miss Moxie!

I went to the Doc last week and he says I’m pretty healthy, just a couple of puppyhood things. I  didn’t mind the car ride but the crates are a whole other story! I can’t believe it, I have so many toys and things to play with! I get to roam around the yard - wow, is it big! I dug a hole right in the middle of the yard and with all the rain, now it’s a pond! I like to explore, but I like to take my time, unlike my sister Moxie who charges into everything head first! We discovered a way to defeat the fence, and decided maybe we would check out the big world, but mom was quicker than us! So now I like to get into the garden and try to eat her perennials....but the grass is fun to dig up, too! I like the tennis balls, sticks, and leaves when it’s windy because I can chase them.  I also like to steal foster brother Wyatt’s stuffed toys, especially his hedgehogs. Sometimes though, it’s just nice to have a chew and snuggle with mom.  I like to have foster moms to snuggle with. Right now though, it’s time to eat and go back out and play in the rain!
